Why you start by measuring
Improving your health starts with knowing where you stand. Feeling is a poor yardstick: an iron or vitamin D shortage, a slightly raised blood sugar or low-grade inflammation goes unnoticed for years, while it decides how much energy you have and what risk you build up.
One draw captures that baseline: 40+ values across heart and vessels, blood sugar, inflammation, liver, kidneys, thyroid, vitamins and iron. From there, improving is no longer a feeling but a direction you can follow.
Which values respond to what you do
Not every marker moves equally fast. Triglycerides and LDL respond to food and exercise within weeks. HbA1c reflects roughly three months of blood sugar, so it follows more slowly. Ferritin and vitamin D move as soon as you supplement with purpose. A marker like Lp(a) is almost entirely genetic and will not shift, however well you live.
That distinction is the most useful thing a measurement gives you: it separates where your effort pays off from where it does not.
Re-testing: see whether it worked
After 8 to 12 weeks you measure again. That shows whether the change in your food, training or sleep actually landed in your blood, instead of hoping it helped. The app puts both measurements side by side per value.
Want a single summarising number to steer on? Add biological age: it condenses nine of these values into one figure that moves with your lifestyle.
Want to improve your health? Capture where you stand first, then you know where the gain is.
Measure where you standWhat you measure in one draw
The Baseline is your starting point: 40+ blood values across heart and vessels, blood sugar, inflammation, liver, kidneys, thyroid, vitamins and iron. Want to go deeper on one area? Add an add-on.
Beyond the Baseline, targeted add-ons let you go deeper into a specific marker or system.
