No. You order online and then book your own appointment at one of 250+ draw locations in the Netherlands. Your blood is analysed in laboratories accredited to ISO 15189.

A single test is one measurement you pay for once. Core membership runs for a year and costs €365 a year, in one payment. You get the blood test with 60 values and your biological age. You also get the app with weekly plan and AI coach.

Yes, in the app, as long as you have not booked your appointment yet. The extra test then goes into the same draw. Once your appointment is booked, that is no longer possible. A test you want after that gets a draw of its own.
