What is a health check?

A health check is a comprehensive preventive measurement of your main body functions. Not to diagnose anything, but to see where your body stands, before symptoms develop.

At Optimize, the foundation is a blood test of more than 40 biomarkers: heart, liver, kidneys, thyroid, blood sugar, inflammation, iron status and vitamins. Together they give an accurate picture of your current health.

What do you get back?

In the Optimize app you see where you stand per biomarker against optimal ranges, grouped by area (heart, liver, kidneys, hormones, nutrients, inflammation). Not an unreadable list of numbers, but explanations in plain language.

You receive a personal overview: what looks good, what needs attention and what your lifestyle can do about it.

03 Access

No referral, no waiting room

You request the health check yourself, pick a draw location near you and book a time that suits you. Results typically appear in the app within 24 hours.

For a few biomarkers (blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides) fasting is recommended. The app explains how to prepare for each appointment.
