This page provides a current overview of the external service providers (processors and sub-processors) that Optimize B.V. engages to provide its services. This overview accompanies our Privacy Statement and is updated whenever we add or replace service providers.
The "Processor" column lists the legal entity we contract with; the "Location of processing" column lists the country where the data is actually processed. Appropriate contractual safeguards are in place with all processors and sub-processors, including data processing agreements where required.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA): the United Kingdom (Terra) and Israel (AppsFlyer) are covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Anthropic, Expo, WhatsApp, Meta, Google and Sentry process (in part) in the United States; transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Identity and access management, in-app customer messaging and performance metrics run on our own infrastructure within the EU (Scaleway, nl-ams) and are not separate external recipients.
