We select biomarkers that map to the lifestyle domains that matter for prevention and performance — cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, nutritional and more.
02 Interpret
Optimal ranges
A value inside the 'normal' range isn't always optimal. We read each marker against evidence-based optimal ranges, so you see what to act on before it becomes a problem.
03 Combine
Context from wearables
Wearable trends like HRV, sleep and recovery add context to your blood work — low HRV alongside elevated cortisol, for example, points to chronic stress load.
04 Iterate
Re-test and refine
Health is a moving target. By re-testing and tracking trends over time, the guidance adapts as your numbers improve.
Our frame

You can't read a factory from one cog.

Underneath the markers and the methodology sits a simple view of the body: a factory of production lines that compensate (and overcompensate) under load. That's why we read 40+ markers together, not in isolation — a production line involves multiple machines, and each machine multiple sensors.
