Where can you get a blood test in Haarlem?

In Noord you draw at the Immanuelkerk on the Van Egmondstraat and at the Spaarne Gasthuis Noord clinic on the Vondelweg; on the south-west side at the de Koningin health centre on the Koninginneweg, and in Schalkwijk at the Spaarne Gasthuis on the Boerhaavelaan. Live in Bloemendaal, Spaarndam or Velserbroek?
Then you need not go into town. How do you get there and how long does it take?
From Haarlem station it is about ten minutes by bike to the Koninginneweg or the Immanuelkerk; the Spaarne Gasthuis Zuid has its own car park, at the health centres you park in the neighbourhood.
