At five addresses, spread over Stad and Haven. Close to the Stadshart you draw at the de Driehoek health centre on the Allendestraat; in the Muziekwijk at the de Bazuin community centre on the Luitstraat; in the Literatuurwijk at the Boegbeeld on the Prozastraat; in the Schilderswijk at the Perspectief health centre on the Hendrick Avercampstraat; and in Almere Haven at the het Forum neighbourhood centre on the Haasweg. Saltro and Atalmedial draw here, the labs Almere GPs send their blood to every day, so you draw at the same addresses as always, only now on your own initiative.

From Buiten and Poort, Stad is nearest: the Driehoek is ten minutes by bike from Almere Centrum station, and Perspectief is on the Buiten side. Lelystad has two addresses of its own twenty minutes away by train with Het Hart Medisch Centrum and de Haven, and on the Amsterdam side Zeeburgereiland and Diemen take over, also twenty minutes away. From Almere Centrum station it is five minutes by bike to the Driehoek and ten to the Bazuin or the Boegbeeld; from Almere Muziekwijk station the Bazuin is within walking distance. At the community and health centres you park at the door. You book a time slot in the app, so you do not wait, and the draw itself takes a few minutes. At Gezondheidscentrum De Haak you can also walk in without an appointment: you pick a one-hour arrival window in the app and confirm you are coming. Come fasted: only water from midnight, so preferably book an early morning slot.

Core is the standard: a yearly blood test with a personal action plan, your biological age and trends at every retest, for a fixed amount per day.
