What is a comprehensive blood test?

A comprehensive blood test measures a broad set of blood values in one go: from cholesterol and blood sugar to hormones, vitamins, inflammation markers and liver and kidney function. Together they paint an accurate picture of where your body stands today.

Optimize measures more than 40 biomarkers in the Baseline blood test and translates every value into plain language: what is fine, what needs attention and what you can do about it. A blood test stops being a list of unreadable numbers and becomes a starting point for focused choices.

A blood test without a doctor's referral.

You don't need a referral to get a blood test with Optimize. You request it yourself, whenever it suits you, useful if you want to track your health proactively instead of waiting until something is wrong.

A private blood test puts you in control: you choose which test to do and how often to re-check your blood values.
